Support tools

The Pipehat tools help you read, check and look up messages, documents and codes. They support the work of professionals and do not replace the official specification of each standard, the validation performed by the system that receives the data, or a professional review.

A result without issues does not guarantee that the message will be accepted by another system, health plan or authority: they may have rules of their own beyond those checked here.

No warranty

The tools are offered free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, being up to date or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Pipehat is not liable for decisions made or losses resulting from the use of the tools or of the data shown.

The official reference is the issuing body’s

The official reference for each standard and table is the one published by the responsible body: HL7 International (HL7 v2, CDA, HL7 v3 and FHIR), ANS (TISS standard and TUSS terminology), the World Health Organization and DATASUS (ICD-10). In case of any difference, the official publication always prevails. Each code table shows the source, version and publication date used.

Appropriate use

Use the tools in accordance with the law and with your organization’s confidentiality rules. Since processing is local, you remain responsible for the data you open on your computer.
